VIEWING & INSPECTION
Viewing days are Thursday 13th and Friday 14th February 9am-4pm.

We highly recommend inspection on all items. We do our best to describe goods as accurately as possible however viewing is extremely important and highly recommended.

BUYERS PREMIUM
This Sale is GST inclusive. A Buyer’s Premium of 15% plus GST will be added to your winning bid price. Example winning bid $100.00. Add buyer’s premium of $15.00 + GST on buyer’s premium of $2.25 = total cost $117.25.

AUCTION START TIME
The auction will be open for timed bidding from 1pm Friday, 31st January. At 10.00am on Saturday 15th February, timed bidding will stop and the live auction will begin. Any winning bids placed before the auction goes live will be carried over to the live auction.

BIDDING INCREMENTS
Start Price is $10.00. Bidding increments are as follows: $0-$200 = $10 / $200-$500= $25 / $500-$1,000 = $50 / $1,000-$5,000 = $100 / $5,000-$20,000 = $250 / $20,000+ = $500

RESERVES
We are selling on behalf of a vendor. Some Lots may have a Reserve. If the Lot does not meet Reserve it will be passed in. The Auctioneer can negotiate with the highest bidder. If the highest bidder does not buy, the Auctioneer can then negotiate with other buyers.

PAYMENT & COLLECTION
An email will be sent at the end of the auction with a copy of your invoice and full payment instructions. Collection days: Sunday 16th February 8am-11am. Monday 17th and Tuesday 18th February 9am-3pm. Collection from: 89 Quarry Road, Awanui.

Payment can be made online to the bank account provided at the base of the invoice. Please use your buyer number and name as reference. You may pay by Eftpos or credit card on collection, however credit card payments incur a 3% surcharge.



If you are unable to pick up within the allotted time, then please get in touch asap as we have time restraints and commitments to the vendor.
